On the morning of April 16, 2025, Ma Qingtian, Deputy Head of Luqiao District, along with Ying Wanyu, Party Secretary and Director of the District Commerce Bureau, and Li Peng, Secretary of the Lunan Subdistrict Party Committee, paid a special visit to the booth of Kai Motors (Booth No.: Hall A, 8.1E21) at the 137th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair). The delegation held in-depth discussions with Li Huiling, Deputy General Manager of Kai Motors, to gain insights into the company’s development needs and discuss strategies for stabilizing foreign trade and fostering growth.

On-Site Inspection: Focusing on Exhibition Results
At around 10:00 AM, Deputy District Head Ma Qingtian and his delegation arrived at Kai Motors’ booth for a field inspection. Deputy General Manager Li Huiling provided a detailed overview of the company’s participation outcomes: “On the opening day alone, we received over 200 clients from regions including Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. We extend our gratitude for the government’s support in empowering enterprises to expand globally.” The inspection team highly affirmed Kai Motors Trading’s achievements in driving market expansion through innovation.

In-Depth Discussion: Precisely Addressing Enterprise Needs
During the subsequent meeting, the delegation and Li Huiling engaged in detailed discussions on the foreign trade environment, policy support, and specific challenges faced by the company. Li Huiling candidly shared that despite maintaining export growth for three consecutive years, the company still encounters issues such as international market fluctuations and high cross-border logistics costs. Deputy District Head Ma immediately responded: “The district government will accelerate the development of targeted support policies and safeguard enterprises’ global expansion through a coordinated ‘government-enterprise-bank-insurance’ linkage mechanism.” Ying Wanyu stated that the District Commerce Bureau will enhance the “Foreign Trade Service Express” mechanism, organize key enterprises to participate in international exhibitions within the year, and promote policies that extend cross-border e-commerce pilot benefits to real economy-based enterprises. From a local service perspective, Li Peng committed that Lunan district would assist Kai Motors in collaborating with universities to recruit specialized foreign trade talent.
